Warranty
We provide a thorough one-year warranty on all of our homes. Individual components of your home will carry their own manufacturers warranty as well. For more information or if you have any questions, please contact us.
Real Estate
As a service to our customers, we also operate Wellnitz Real Estate Agency, Inc. If you're building a new home with Wellnitz & Sarow Builders, we'll list your current home with Wellnitz Real Estate for a super-low 5% commission rate. Excalibur Interiors
We are a Mohawk retail flooring center located on the east side of Janesville, WI. Just a ½ mile south of the Milwaukee St./Highway 14 junction, we carry a wide selection of carpets including the new high twist looks, textured cut piles and all types of berbers. We also carry solid and engineered hardwoods, vinyl and vinyl tiles, textured laminates and a great selection of ceramic tile.

Certified by the Carpet & Rug Institute (CRI), you can feel confident knowing that we can answer all your flooring questions and your installation will meet the highest specifications.
